We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a refund for the erroneous charge.

b. Cancellation within 7 Days: Subscribers may request a full refund of their subscription fee if they cancel their subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided they have not accessed any digital content or received any print magazines during this period.

2. Refund Procedure:

To request a refund under the eligible conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

a. Send an email to info@salondartificiel.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."

b. In the email, provide the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Email address associated with the subscription

  • Subscription purchase date

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any additional relevant information

c. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If your request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

 

3. Refund Timeframe:

Refunds, when approved, will be processed promptly. Please allow up to [X] business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations:

a. Expired Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already expired or have been canceled after the initial 7-day period.
